RCS is an advocate of the family and is committed to help build strongly-knitted families in our community. RCS fulfils its mission through a network of community-based services which includes a comprehensive life skills education programme designed to help economically-disadvantaged families with school-going teenagers.
RCS is a non-profit organization located in the North Eastern part of Singapore. It is registered with the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and is recognized as an Institution of Public Character. RCS is also a Family Life Ambassador (FLA) of the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS).

We want to see life transformation in families, resulting in a better quality of life and hope of a brighter future.
CLIENT PROFILE
Low-income families with children aged 13 – 17 years old. The eligibility criteria are based on means testing and guidelines provided by MCYS.
