CHAIRMAN - AARON TEO
Aaron is currently the Managing Director of the following companies:
1. Solen Electric (S) Pte Ltd - A global distribution, design and manufacturing of electromechanical parts
2. PES Pte Ltd - A local investment company
3. Valve Engineering Services Ltd - Representing a USA chemical company for Oil and Gas industry; and
4. VP for Kinpo Group (Taiwan) in New Business Development
He began his professional career working as an Electronic Engineer with Aiwa Pte Ltd and subsequently established a number of successful businesses in various engineering industries. His key strength lies in his innate business acumen to spot good business opportunities and identify potential risks. Despite his busy schedule, he actively supports the work of the Salvation Army and various other charitable organizations both locally and overseas.
Aaron and his family are passionate about community outreach. His family's support has facilitated his active involvement in serving the needs of the community through organizations such as RiverLife Community Services.
Aaron holds a Masters in Business (marketing) with Leicester University (UK).
DIRECTOR - MATTHEW TAN
Matthew is the CEO of SIF ECO Engineering Asia Pte Ltd, a regional environmental engineering and water treatment company.
His professional experience encompasses more than 20 years of global marketing management and business development. He has also held various key management positions in a wide range of industries.
Matthew has been involved in voluntary social work for many years and used to teach music in the Singapore Boy’s Home.

DIRECTOR - QUAH BOON TIONG
Boon Tiong is the General Manager of the Finance and Administration Division of Hitachi Plant Technologies. His professional career of more than 25 years spans the fields of Finance, Human Resource and Public Relations. He is also well-versed in legal and administrative functions of both local and multi-national corporations.
During his 21-year tenure with Hitachi Plant, he has helped establish several subsidiary offices in Asia and the Middle East which benefited tremendously from his expertise in Accounting and Human Resource. In Singapore, he has steadfastly projected his company image and technological expertise through his involvement in media advertisement, seminars and various industry exhibitions.
He now oversees our corporate compliance requirements.
DIRECTOR - LEE MUI LING
Mui Ling is the Director of Procter & Gamble (Asia) Pte Ltd. Her extensive professional career of more than 22 years covers the areas of Brand Management, Human Resource, Facilities Management and Information Technology.
A natural platform speaker and passionate coach for professional excellence, Mui Ling has spoken on the following topics; Strategy Development and Deployment, Leading Virtual Teams, Building High Performance Organization, Next Generation Workspace, Organization Redesign, Excelling in Cultural Diversity, Helping Others Succeed, Managing Personal Growth and Seven Basic Habits of Highly Effective people.
As a result of her commitment to professional development, she was named "Coach of the Year" in 2004 and won the "In Touch Award" in 2003 at Procter & Gamble. She is also a strong advocate for Asian talent and work life balance.
Mui Ling graduated from the National University of Singapore and earned her Masters in Education from the University of Sheffield specializing in Adult Training and Development.
DIRECTOR - DR. JOSHUA KUA
Dr. Kua is Senior Consultant and Chief of the Department of Geriatric Psychiatry at the Institute of Mental Health. He is also the Project Director of Aged Psychiatry Community Assessment & Treatment Service (APCATS) and Visiting Consultant for Ang Mo Kio Hospital.
From 2002-2003, Dr Kua received sub-specialty training in Geriatric Psychiatry at St. George’s Aged Psychiatry Service & Psycho-oncology at Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute in Melbourne, Australia.
Dr. Kua is a member of the National Mental Health Workgroup for the Elderly, the National Dementia Network, the Medical Advisory Board of Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) and the International Psychogeriatric Association. He has also been appointed as Special Visitor for the Mental Capacity Act by MCYS. Dr Kua also volunteered as Board Member of SAGE Counselling Centre.
As Clinical Lecturer for the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at NUS, Dr Kua is involved in the teaching of medical students. He also trains psychiatric and family medicine trainee doctors, nurses, community agency staff and the public. He is appointed as examiner for the Master of Medicine (Psychiatry) Examinations and has been invited as co-reviewer for professional journals such as Acta Psychiatrica Scandinavica, Asia-Pacific Psychiatry, Hong Kong Journal of Psychiatry and Singapore Medical Journal. In 2001, he won the research prize at the ASEAN Congress of Psychiatry meeting.
