Generation412 is a space where young people are seen, heard, and valued. We believe that with the right support and guidance, every young person has the potential to lead and be a positive change in their community.
Our hope is to see them grow in 4 character values – Fortitude, Respect, Integrity and Excellence – over the course of 12 months. Through mentoring and engaging group activities, we create a safe and supportive environment for young people to grow.
Our programme moves beyond the classroom, offering hands-on workshops and community projects where youths can discover their strengths and develop essential life skills and build the confidence to lead.
Programme Details
Self-Discovery Workshop
Helping our young people uncover their strengths, values, and aspirations to build confidence and clarity in their personal journey.
Weekly Drop-Ins
A safe and welcoming space for youth to connect, unwind, and engage in meaningful conversations and activities with peers and mentors.
Intentional Mentorship
Intentional befriending to nurture growth, resilience, and leadership through connection and guidance.
Holiday Camps
Fun, immersive camps during holidays that foster teamwork, self-awareness, and leadership through experiential activities and workshops.
Eligibility Criteria
Youth aged 13 to 17 who are currently attending secondary school
Partnering with Schools to Support Every Child
Through partnerships with schools, we aim to support youths and children from families facing challenges such as:
Financial hardship
Complex or difficult home environments
Single-parent households
Academic or behavioural struggles
Together with educators, we:
Identify families who may need extra support
Tailor programmes to meet the unique needs of each school and student
Provide services such as:
Mentoring
Counselling
Family assistance
