Generation412 is a space where young people are seen, heard, and valued. We believe that with the right support and guidance, every young person has the potential to lead and be a positive change in their community.
Our hope is to see them grow in 4 areas – Character, Competence, Connection and Care – over the course of 12 months. Through mentoring and engaging group activities, we create a safe and supportive environment for young people to build meaningful relationships, strengthen socio-emotional skills and grow with confidence.
Our programme moves beyond the classroom, offering hands-on workshops and community projects where youths can discover their strengths and develop essential life skills and build the confidence to lead.
Programme Details
GENSPEAK: Monthly Youth Experiences
Interactive games and hands-on activities that help youths navigate emotions, relationships and everyday challenges
GENZONE: Weekly Youth Hangouts
A welcoming space for youth to connect, unwind, and engage in meaningful conversations and activities with peers and mentors.
Small Group Mentoring
A safe group where youths can build friendships, talk about life and grow alongside trained mentors.
Holiday Programmes, Outings & Camps
Conducted during the school holidays.
Fun experiences such as camps, sports, outdoor adventures and outings where youths can be exposed to new experiences and learning opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
Youth aged 12 to 17 who are currently attending secondary school
Partnering with Schools to Support Every Child
Through partnerships with schools, we aim to support youths and children from families facing challenges such as:
Financial hardship
Complex or difficult home environments
Single-parent households
Academic or behavioural struggles
Together with educators, we:
Identify families who may need extra support
Tailor programmes to meet the unique needs of each school and student
Provide services such as:
Mentoring
Counselling
Family assistance
