1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to provide a safe and confidential way for employees, volunteers, and other stakeholders to report concerns about unethical, illegal, or improper conduct within RCS. This policy aims to promote transparency, accountability, and integrity in all our operations.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, volunteers, contractors, suppliers, and any other stakeholders associated with RCS.
3. Reportable Conduct
You may report any conduct that you reasonably believe to be:
Dishonest, fraudulent, or corrupt
Illegal (e.g., theft, drug use, violence)
Unethical, including breaches of RCS policies
Oppressive, grossly negligent, or potentially damaging to RCS
Misconduct or an improper state of affairs
A danger to public safety or the financial system
Harassment, discrimination, victimization, or bullying
4. Reporting Channels
Reports can be made through the following channels:

Phone: Chairman or Executive Director or Board members.
5. Confidentiality
All reports will be treated confidentially to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate investigation.
6. Protection from Retaliation
RCS prohibits retaliation against anyone who makes a report in good faith.
Any employee who retaliates against a whistleblower will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
7. Investigation Process
Initial Assessment: The appointed Compliance Officer will conduct an initial assessment of the report to determine its validity and the appropriate course of action.
Investigation: If the report warrants further investigation, an independent investigator may be appointed to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation.
Outcome: The findings of the investigation will be reported to the Board of Directors, and appropriate corrective actions will be taken.
