For Youth & Children
KIPERKids
Academic and character development support for children aged 7-12 from low-income families.
Walking Alongside,
Empowering Bright Futures
For many children from low-income families, the lack of guidance and support can dim their confidence, becoming a glass ceiling that limits how far they can dream and reach.
The KIPERKids programme seeks to bridge this gap for children aged 7 to 12 by offering character development and academic support. We seek to nurture the child holistically through instilling positive values, building resilience and confidence, and equipping them with practical life skills.
This is done through consistent mentoring, enriching life skills sessions with community partners in tandem with close collaboration with parents so that growth continues at home.
Our volunteers are trained in child-centred engagement, enabling them to build trust, inspire learning, and create a safe, supportive space where every child can thrive.

READERKids: Building Reading Foundations
We believe that every child deserves the joy of discovering stories and the confidence that comes with learning to read. Designed for preschoolers aged 5 to 6, our programme builds strong literacy foundations through fun, engaging monthly sessions and themed reading activities.
We journey alongside families, encouraging parents to be active partners in their child’s learning. With a low volunteer-to-child ratio, each child receives personalised attention, care, and encouragement—helping them grow not just in reading, but in curiosity and the love for learning.
